Dover Castle

Our B&B was nice and we needed to slow down for a bit so we booked in for a second night. We spent the morning catching up on laundry, finances etc then climbed the hill to Dover Castle which is well worth a visit. A number of rooms in the main building have been restored and furnished in the original style. We also took a tour through the Secret Wartime Tunnels from which the evacuation of Dunkirk was orchestrated. Dinner at the White Horse Pub.
